TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read carefully before your booking
- First of all, we just want to send HUGE congratulations on your wedding, what an exciting time! We would be honored to capture your big day.
- ChitroGolpo respects the emotion of the clients and pursues according to that hence our cordial effort is to establish a good relation with our clients by giving them the required service. our approach is that we show up to your wedding as ‘friends with cameras’ for better documentation
- We want to work in a family environment so please provide us with the standard facilities and support according to you.
- We try to work in a way so that we can ensure documenting every
aspect of an event. So, we strongly suggest not to hire any other professional teams if you think of hiring us as it hampers our creative workflow. We suggest, hire one team & add extra manpower. It will also save your budget. Please consult with us if you have any other professional team before booking, otherwise, we might cancel the booking.
- The Client understands and abides by the fact that the Photographer may be restricted or limited by rules of the location of the ceremony and/or reception.
- Advance thanks from us for providing a standard meal at your event.
- 80% of the total payment must be paid in advance to confirm the event The due amount is expected to be paid during the delivery of soft copies of photos. No delivery (photo & video) will be made without clearing the due payment.
- Client must provide the transaction receipt for the Online payment. We don’t take responsibility without valid documents.
- If the event gets unexpectedly postponed/cancelled, we offer free rescheduling (Client must consult before fixing the new date based on viability). in case the Client cancels this Agreement prior to the event, he/she will be entitled to a refund of the monies paid except for the non-refundable deposit made. The cancellation fee is 49%. Sonaton wedding 75%.
- ChitroGolpo– has the right to cancel the booking and refunds with prior notice at least 15 days earlier of the assignment.
- It’s your event and we want to enjoy your day according to your plan, not ours. when you look at your wedding album, 10 years from now, we want you to remember what you were feeling at that moment, not that the photographer asked you to do something.
- We strictly maintain the time schedule for the couple & portrait
session. So, the client is requested to be at the venue on time. We
will count our time according to your booking info. - Your event’s decor, venue, environment. Make-up & attire are a substantial resource of wedding photography. You can’t compare & complain about the photographs if you don’t provide us with the required time & support.
- A perfect portrait & couple photo-shoot requires a minimum time of 1 hour and at a preferably empty venue, you can’t complain about your photos if you don’t cooperate with us. So, we suggest our clients to finish the photo-shoot before the arrival of the guests.
- Additional rate will be added on per hour basis if we are asked on the event to shoot after our scheduled time.
- ChitroGolpo Team members reserve the right to terminate the assignment and leave the location of the assignment if our team experiences an inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive environment.
- We recommend our clients to provide songs for the video within 7 days after the event.
- ChitroGolpo performs the editing work with great care. Basically, we edit all the usable images in an event. We don’t give “100 or 200 edited copies” rather we try to give all usable photos to ensure that anyone’s emotion or any special moment isn’t missed out. It takes at least 45-60 working days to deliver the photos and at least 60-90 working days to deliver the videos. (If we’re provided with the songs and other instructions/details timely)
Urgent Delivery Charge is 15,000 bdt (10days)
- The Client will have to select the photos for prints by themselves. It is strongly suggested to send us the selected photos in google drive within 30 days from the soft copy delivery. After prints are done, if the printed copies aren’t collected by 15 days, we will not take any responsibility for any loss or damage of the printed copies.
- We believe in the naturality of a person. So, we avoid skin smoothing work while editing portrait photos. If anyone requires skin smoothing, he/she can let us know, we’ll edit some selected photos with skin smoothing.
- We don’t provide raw photos and raw videos with delivery.
- Please double backup all the delivered files, because we will not take any liability once everything delivered.
If you lose the files Due to any kind of accident we will try to provide the files again which is completely free. (Depends upon storage availability)
- We provide only one free adjustment if it seems insightful. If you
want more adjustment then the charge will be 5% of the package.
- The ChitroGolpo – reserves the creative right of Photo & Video to edit and release/use the photographs for the promotion of our webpages, social media site(s), Publications and any advertising media. ChitroGolpo – holds the right of captured photos and videos
- If you do not want us the right to use the photos for promotional purposes. Please let us know ahead of time.
- The Photographer hereby permits the Client to make copies of the images for friends and family, however, not for the sake of commercial use unless the Photographer gives his/her consent
- ChitroGolpo – holds the right to capture photos and videos,If you do not want us to use the photos & videos for promotional purposes then you have to pay an additional charge.
- We are willing to shoot in this universe or any other universe. (condition applied)
- For an outside Dhaka service, the client needs to pay Travel, Food and Accommodation cost.
- Outside Dhaka, the charge is for Consecutive dates. For non-
sequential events, there will be a certain charge. - We treat our client as our friends and family. So, we would also expect that we will be treated accordingly along with providing us with Standard transport, accommodation & food.
- Except for event hours, we need proper rest in between Assignments so that we can document your event with full energy.
- Extra per hour charge is 7500 per team member.
- We will have the files of your valuable moments during outside Dhaka event. For Security purpose/unavoidable situation client is requested to provide transportation.
This agreement contains the entire understanding between the PHOTOGRAPHER and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable,
the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement.
RESERVATION: A signed contract and retainer fee are required to reserve the dates and times of the assignment. If the assignment is rescheduled, postponed, or cancelled; or if there is a breach of contract by the CLIENT, the retainer fee is non-refundable and shall be liquidated damages to The PHOTOGRAPHER. The CLIENT shall also be responsible for payment for any of the PHOTOGRAPHER’s materials charges incurred up to time of cancellation.
EVENT SCHEDULE: The client agrees to confirm the schedule one-week prior to the assignment. Notification of any changes in schedule or location must be made in a timely manner and the CLIENT must obtain confirmation of receipt from the PHOTOGRAPHER.
SAFETY: The PHOTOGRAPHER reserves the right to terminate assignment and leave the location of the assignment if the PHOTOGRAPHER experiences an inappropriate, threatening, hostile or offensive environment.
ASSIGNMENTING TIME / ADDITIONS: The CLIENT and the PHOTOGRAPHER agree that cooperation and punctuality are essential to accomplish the goals and wishes of all parties. Assignment commences at the scheduled start time and ends at the scheduled end time. If the CLIENT does not arrive at the appointed time for the Assignment, assignment will commence at the scheduled start time and end at the scheduled end time. All additional time beyond the scheduled end time will be billed to the CLIENT.
RESPONSIBILITIES: The PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for compromised coverage due to causes beyond the control of the PHOTOGRAPHER including but not limited to obtrusive guests, lateness of the CLIENT or guests, weather conditions, schedule complications, incorrect addresses provided to the PHOTOGRAPHER, rendering of decorations, or restrictions of the locations. The PHOTOGRAPHER is not responsible for backgrounds or lighting
conditions, which may negatively impact or restrict the photo coverage. The PHOTOGRAPHER is not held liable for missed coverage of any part of the Assignment. The PHOTOGRAPHER will not be held accountable for failure to deliver images of any individuals or any objects at Assignment.
PERMITS: The CLIENT is responsible for acquiring all permits and necessary permission for all locations on which the PHOTOGRAPHER will be performing services.
MODEL RELEASE: The CLIENT hereby assigns the PHOTOGRAPHER the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of the CLIENT or in which the CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, This agreement contains the entire understanding between the PHOTOGRAPHER and the CLIENT. It supersedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing, signed by all parties. In the event that any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement shall remain valid and enforceable. Any agreement to waive one or more provisions of this agreement or any failure by one or both parties to enforce a provision of this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of any other portion or provision of this agreement. educational and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; to alter the same without restriction; and to copyright the same without restriction. The CLIENT releases all claim to profits that may arise from use of images.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY: In the unlikely event that the assigned photographer from the PHOTOGRAPHER is unable to perform to the guidelines of this contract due to an injury, illness, act of God, act of terrorism, or other cause beyond the control of the PHOTOGRAPHER, the PHOTOGRAPHER will make every effort to secure a replacement. If the situation should occur and a suitable replacement is not found, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Assignment.
In the unlikely event that digital files have been lost, stolen, or destroyed for reasons beyond the PHOTOGRAPHER’s control, including but not limited to camera, hard drive, or equipment malfunction, the PHOTOGRAPHER liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the Assignment The limit of liability for a partial loss of originals shall be a prorated amount of the exposures lost based on the percentage of total number of originals. The PHOTOGRAPHER is not liable for the loss of images beyond the lesser of the final delivery of all products included in the package or one year.
